Building Momentum: How NFN and Consumer Title Are Expanding Together.

Through our partnership with Consumer Title and Escrow, we are able to explore growth opportunities for both organizations. Read about expansion plans for Consumer Title and Escrow in 2026 and more.

Beginning in June, Nebraska Farmers Network officially invested in Consumer Title & Escrow. This launched a partnership that has already created new growth opportunities for both organizations. With expansion plans underway, we’re excited about what the future holds for this collaboration.

Consumer Title & Escrow, founded over seven years ago, is a full-service, independently owned title and escrow company. The company is not tied to a bank or real estate firm, giving it the flexibility to serve clients across Nebraska with a personalized approach. While they currently operate offices in Lincoln and Omaha, their services extend to all of Nebraska. Leading the way is Vice President Val Kircher, who brings 32 years of experience in the real estate industry. Despite obstacles and current market conditions, Val sees nothing but possibilities. Consumer Title plans to expand in 2026 by adding more brick-and-mortar locations across Nebraska.

“When you have a company with the greatest staff and agents spanning the state, you want to provide wonderful service,” Val shared. “Although we travel to them now, it would be nice for them to have a place to plant as well. Having physical locations will support both our agents and our company.”

Val also highlighted the tremendous benefits of partnering with NFN. Having additional support has been game-changing, especially with Lou Reynolds, NFN Farm Exchange CEO, serving as a close contact for 1031 exchanges, tax-deferral strategy guidance, and general support. Marketing has also seen a boost, with NFN providing social media management through their Social Media and PR Manager, Jillian Buell. She added that having Gabe, the Founder and President of NFN, as a close partner has been equally helpful. “Having Gabe just to troubleshoot and run ideas by and wanting to grow is just exciting. I'm not a sit-still kind of person, and so it's exciting for me,” said Val.

Looking ahead to 2026, Val is excited by what’s possible. From opening new locations and growing the company to offering continuing education for real estate and title professionals, the year ahead promises to be both busy and full of potential.
